Petitioner through the medium of instant petition seeks implementation of order dated 21.11.2013 passed by this Court in SWP no.2494/2013 on the grounds taken in it.

Respondents have filed statement of facts. Along with statement of facts, they have annexed consideration order dated 01.06.2015 whereby they have rejected the claim of the petitioner.

In view of consideration order passed, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, contempt proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate before appropriate Forum, if cause survives.

Disposed as above.
