Learned counsel for the parties submit that the private parties have entered into compromise and the same has also been placed on record. Learned counsel also submit that the order impugned can be set aside in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.05.2016 stands quashed in view of the compromise arrived at between the private parties.

Application stands disposed of.
