Perused the office notes dated 30.01.2017.

It appears that the First Appeal was withdrawn by order dated 20.12.2002, in view of the policy decision of the State of Bihar mentioned in the order-sheet. However, in the last line by typing mistake, it has been mentioned that the First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with costs throughout. Admittedly, the respondents have not appeared, therefore, the bar cost throughout is hereby corrected, which appears to be typing mistake.

Accordingly, the order stands corrected.
