ORDER
Learned counsel along with the parties submitted that in terms of order dated 11.12.2019 passed by this Court, a mutual divorce was moved by them before the Matrimonial Court. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced before this Court two demand drafts bearing No. 284257 dated 24.12.2019 & 613044 dated 26.12.2019 respectively, amounting to Rs. 13 lacs each, which are taken on record. Registry is directed to deposit the aforementioned two demand drafts in a fixed deposit.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Presiding Officer, Matrimonial Court to prepare the decree of divorce matured in accordance with the rules.
Registry is also directed to release the amount mentioned in the aforementioned two bank drafts in favour of respondent No. 6 after proper identification and verification.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of along with connected IAs.
