This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.Cfor issuance of directions to respondents no. 1 to 4 for providingpolice protection to the petitioners on the plea that they have gotmarried on 26.12.2014 against the wishes of respondents no. 5to 8, the family members of the petitioner no.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners only prays thatthe Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, with whom thepetitioners have already moved the _ representation 2/.12.2014 may be directed to consider their representation asper law. Both the petitioners are present today in the Court andhave been identified by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent no. 2 1.e. Senior Superintendentof Police, Ferozepur is hereby directed to look into theSANJAY KHAN2014.12.31 15:27I attest to the accuracy andbeasesentation of the petitioners dated 27.12.2014 for theauthenticity of this document purpose of satisfying himself whether there is any threat to thelife and liberty of the petitioners and then to take theappropriate action as per law for providing the police protectionto the petitioners.

A copy of this order be communicated to the SeniorSuperintendent of Police, Ferozepur along with copy of Annexure P-5|

The present petition stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be supplied to the petitionersunder the signatures of the Special Secretary as per rules.
