It is not in dispute that for the same relief, petitioners had filed SWP No. 2178/2018, which was disposed of on 25.10.2018 granting relief to the petitioners therein.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were infact involved in First Information Number (FIR) No. 29/2015 and not in FIR No.30/2015, which was mentioned in order earlier passed. He seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition in order to move appropriate application in the earlier petition filed for the same relief.
Ordered accordingly.
