Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter came to be considered by the Chairperson Committee for Fixation & Regularization of Fee of Private Schools, J&K (FFRC). The Chairperson of the FFRC vide its communication dated 01.11.2023, has already directed the Director School Education, Kashmir, to consider the case of the petitioner and direct Chief Education Officer, concerned for taking appropriate decision with regard to the recommendations of the school management as per law. Copy of the communication dated 01.11.2023, has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied, if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and comply with the directions issued by the FFRC.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the nature of controversy involved, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the School Education Department, Kashmir, to consider and take an appropriate decision in the light of the communication of Chairperson Committee for Fixation & Regularization of Fee of Private Schools, J&K (FFRC) dated 01.11.2023 (supra) within a period of four weeks from the date of copy of this order is served.
