It is pointed out by the Office that due to inadvertence by the order dated 23.12.1992, CWJC No. 4316/1985 was directed to be restored instead of CWJC No. 3111/1985 as was prayed for in the present restoration application.

Accordingly, in the order No. 4 dated 23.12.1992, in the first and the second paragraph reference to „CWJC No. 4316/1985‟ shall be treated as reference to “CWJC No. 3111/1985”.

The order dated 23.12.1992 is modified to the above extent.

Office shall treat the Talbana, etc. filed in CWJC no. 3111/1985 as having been done correctly in terms of the order of this Court.
