Notice. Mr. Aseem Sawhney, learned AAG accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of, at its threshold, by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as projected in the petition within certain time frame, to which course Mr. Aseem Sawhney, learned AAG submits that the respondents have no objection to consider under rules.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is, disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as projected in the petition having regard to annexures appended to the petition and judgment dated 04.09.2014 passed in 561-A No.259/2014, provided the same is applicable to the case in hand. Petitioner is directed to provide a certified copy of this order along with complete set of writ petition to the respondents, who shall thereafter pass appropriate consideration order, strictly under rules, at the earliest.
Disposed of as above along with connected CM.
