The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 30.07.2004 by which the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Dumrao, Buxar in Case No. 518(M) of 1995 declared the possession of the opposite parties on the land in question.

Since the proceeding is of the year 1994 and such a provision is for emergent purpose only, I am not inclined to interfere with the order at this stage. The application is disposed off with liberty to the parties to avail their remedies in accordance with law.
