It appears that the order-sheet dated 16.03.1994 has not been signed by the then Hon’ble Justice who passed the order. The Hon’ble Justice has now retired and this First Appeal has also been disposed of by the Lok Adalat.
In such circumstances it will be deemed that the order-sheet dated 16.03.1994 has already been signed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice G.C. Bharuka.
The office shall proceed accordingly.
