The writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Block Education Officer, Laukahi, district Madhubani that if these two petitioners are part of the same selection process, which became a subject matter of dispute in CWJC No.16185 of 2013 and other analogous cases decided on 2.9.2014, a copy of which is Annexure- 7 to the supplementary affidavit, their cases will also be considered in terms of the direction issued by the learned Single Judge in those batch of writ applications because the Court has been informed that the only reason the concerned authority is not willing to consider the claim of the petitioners despite their selection is that there is no order in their case. Writ is disposed of with the above direction.
