The petitioner submits that he has applied for license of revolver on 21.12.2010. He prays for earlier disposal of his arms application.
Without going into the merit of the case of the rival sides, I dispose of the writ application with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the arms application of the petitioner preferably within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
