IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.969 of 2006

Arun Kumar SON OF CHANDRASHEKHAR SHARMA RESIDENT OF CHAND CHAWRA, P.S. CIVIL LINES, DISTRICTR GAYA.

Versus

The State Of Bihar & Ors

----------------------------------

For the Petitioner :- Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh For Patna Municipal Corporation :- Mr. Arun Kumar ------ It is a policy decision of the respondents authorities not to utilize services of any daily wager any more. As it is a financial decision of this Institution, this Court is not inclined to give any direction for appointment of the petitioner in a substantive capacity.

Even otherwise the petitioner is supposed to be an Architect and not a class IV employee who has been made to work for a long period of time. There is no merit in this writ application.

This writ application is dismissed.
