Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner repeated the blow upon the head of his uncle, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
