Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of hisarrest in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 343of 2015 dated 23.05.2015 instituted for the offences underSections 269, 270, 418, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian PenalCode; Section 5 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act,1971; and Section 15(2)(d) of All India Medical Council Act,1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submittedthat the petitioner is the house owner where the laboratorywas being run by one of the accused persons.

The person who was running the laboratory hasbeen granted anticipatory bail. Other accused persons alsohave been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches ofthis Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts as also taking intoaccount that the petitioner does not have criminalantecedents, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to bereleased on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrenderbefore the court below within a period of four weeks fromthe date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, onhis furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (TenThousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to thesatisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadain connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 343 of2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section438 (2) Cr.P.C.
