IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Cr.Misc. No.44795 of 2010

KAMESHWAR YADAV

Versus

THE STATE OF BIHAR

-----------

2. 22.12.10.

Heard learned counsels for the

petitioner and the State.

The petitioner being the father-in-law is languishing in custody since 14.05.2010 in a case registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against all the family

members of the in-laws including the petitioner to have killed the victim for non-fulfilment of the dowry. The statement has been made in paragraph no. 15 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is aged about 76 years.

Considering the period under custody and the age of the petitioner and the fact that there is general allegation against the entire in-laws family, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. Vth at Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.76 of 2010 arising out of Sessions Trial No. 200 of 2010.
