Similarly situated accused Manoj Rai has been admitted to bail as may appear from the report furnished by the List and Computer Section of the Court which appears at the very outset of the petition, let the above named four petitioners be released from custody on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Benipur at Biraul in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.Case No.122 of 2005.
