Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and he has been dragged in this case on the basis of recovered lungi and gangi which are said to be belonged to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10, 000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No.116 of 2011.
