Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well aslearned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection withKuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 registered for theoffences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 498A, 406 of theIndian Penal Code and ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
In view of the fact that petitioner is brother-in-law( Bhaisur) of the victim.
Accordingly, let the above named, petitioner, in theevent of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date ofreceipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released onbail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) eachwith two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction ofthe learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VII, Gopalganj N.K/- UT
in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019 subject to condition aslaid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
