ORDER

Learned appearing counsel for the respondents submits that subsequent to the detention order impugned, the District Magistrate has issued the fresh detention order bearing No. 17/DMP/PSA/19 dated 15.03.2019, which was challenged in HCP No. 120/2019 and the said petition was dismissed on 22.07.2019. It is submitted that the Judgment dated 22.07.2019 was challenged in LPA No. 2081/2019, which is pending before the Division Bench.
