The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 10639/2018 arising out of Danapur P.R. No.168/2018, registered for offences punishable under Section30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 16 litres liquor from thepossession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothinghas been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has nocriminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since06.11.2018.

circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let thepetitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with twosureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedSpecial Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special CaseNo. 10639/2018 arising out of Danapur P.R. No. 168/2018.
