Order
The matter has been taken on the application forcorrection in the order dated 18.12.2020 passed bythis Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14086/2020 (Sodan Vs. State of Rajasthan).
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of theaccused-applicant argued that while drafting the bailapplication, due to typographical error, in the cause-title the words ‘presently confined in Central JailJaipur’ have wrongly been typed out, though thecorrect words are ‘at present confined in DistrictJail Bundi, Raj.’. Learned counsel further argued that along with the said application, he has filedamended cause-title, which may kindly be taken onrecord.
Learned Public Prosecutor appearing has notopposed the prayer made in the said application.
Perused the order dated 18.12.2020 passed bythis Court.
It is not in dispute that the aforesaid mistake has occurred due to typographical error.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the application for correction in the order dated18.12.2020 is accordingly allowed. In the order dated18.12.2020 passed by this Court, instead of words‘presently confined in Central Jail Jaipur’, it should beread as ‘at present confined in District Jail Bundi,Raj.’. Rest part of the order dated 18.12.2020 shallremain as it is. Amended cause-title filed with theapplication is taken on record.
The order passed on the aforesaid application today shall be treated as part and parcel of the earlierorder dated 18.12.2020 passed by this Court in S.B.Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14086/2020 (SodanVs. State of Rajasthan).
