Heard.

Annexure-4 does not answer the qualifications as required byAnnex.1 NIT. In fact, there are certain interpolations in it. This Court isnot going into those interpolations and closing the matter at this stage, nointerference is called for. The complete qualification as required by NITAnnex.1 is not there because the certificate does not in its form as availableon record answer that the petitioner was qualified having completed onesingle work in last five years of the required description. He could haveasked for another certificate from incharge officers and produce the same.Having not done so, the requirements of NIT are not answered. In thatview of the matter, the writ petition is not entertained and is herebydismissed.

(BHAGWATI PRASAD), J.
