Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenu was detained under detention order No. DIVCOM”K”/326/2022 dated 20.12.2022. The maximum period of detention is one year, which has expired. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the detenu, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The respondents are directed to release the detenu provided he is not required in any other case.
