Learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Sheikh Manzoor, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court of Munsiff/ Civil Judge, Bandipora, to implement the order of status quo dated 30.09.2022, passed in the case titled Miyan Shahnawaz and Ors vs. MiyanIshfaq&Ors.
