Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned court with an application seeking clarification of the impugned order as is observed by the Principal District Judge, Anantnag, in Order dated 01.12.2023.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to say, that in case such application in terms of observations made by Principal District, Anantnag, is filed, the same shall be considered on its merits.
