The petitioner's prayer is that his sentence awarded in twodifferent cases may be made concurrent. Such prayer cannot be allowed in view of the fact that that is within the jurisdiction of the courtpassing the sentence only.
Hence this petition in the form of parole petition is notmaintainable. Hence the parole petition is dismissed.
