Through: Ms. Afrooza, Asst. Counsel vice Mr. Shah Amir, AAG.

CORAM:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, Judge.

O R D E R 31.12.2019

Petitioner is a doctor who has been posted in the District Hospital, Kulgam. Besides his medical problem, the petitioner claims that he ought not to be posted in the District Kulgam inasmuch as there is threat to his life. It is stated that petitioner’s elder brother is posted in District Kulgam as Dy. SP and he is involved in the anti militancy operation and that makes him vulnerable.

It appears from the perusal of the file that the petitioner has filed a representation and that has already been marked by the Worthy Advisor for consideration. The official respondents can, pending a final decision, attach or post the petitioner at any place other than District Kulgam. Let a decision be taken within four weeks. In case the cause survives, it will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court.

Disposed of as above along with connected CM.
