ORDER
This matter is cognizable by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh (DRT-1). Accordingly, the same is transferred to the DRT-1 Chandigarh for its disposal under law. Registry to transmit the record of this petition to the DRT-1, Chandigarh after retaining scan copy of the same.
Mr. Vishal Goel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to winter vacations, interim order issued on 17.03.2022 may be ordered to be continued for a period of two months.
Normally, we would have ordered for continuance of interim order dated 17.03.2022 for a period of one month, however, taking into consideration the plea made by Mr. Goel, order dated 17.03.2022 shall remain in operation till 28.02.2023.
