This parole petition has been preferred on the ground of death ofconvict's father on 15.7.2008 in a matter where appeal against theconviction is pending before this court. Since the petitioner can seekrelief in the appeal preferred against his conviction by movingappropriate application. There is no ground for grant of temporary bailor parole to the petitioner. Therefore, we do not find any reason togrant any relief to the petition on this petition.
Hence the parole petition is dismissed.
