In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner alleges violation of order dated 08.12.2011 passed in SWP No. 418/2008, in terms whereof, this Court while disposing of the writ petition had directed the respondents to accord consideration to the petitioner’s case in the same manner as has been done in case of other doctors.

During pendency of the contempt petition, the Respondent-Dr Pawan Kotwal as stated has changed his position and it is the new incumbent who has to implement the order.

In the above background, this contempt petition is disposed of with the direction to the new incumbent to adhere to the directions passed by this Court. In the event direction is not implemented, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.

Contempt petition disposed of as above.
