Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDER31.12.2022

The petitioner in the instant petition claims to have been appointed as Special Police Officer, (SPO) on 06.03.2005 by the Superintendent of Police, Poonch and consequently, alloted Belt No. SPO, 104. The petitioner states that his services came to be terminated by the respondents on account of unauthorized absence after rendering more than ten years of service by the petitioner.
