This contempt petition has arisen out of an ex partead-interim order dated 7[th] of June, 2018 passed by this Court in SWP No. 1312/2018; MP No. 01/2018, in terms whereof the respondents were directed to include the name of the petitioner for regularization of his services in terms of the applicable scheme.

Since, the order subject matter of the instant contempt petition is ad-interim in nature and has been passed in ex parte, therefore, it shall be appropriate to dispose of this contempt petition by directing the respondents, through Mr Dar, the learned Senior Additional Advocate General, to file objections in the main petition, if not already done, by the next date of hearing fixed in the main petition. Besides, the respondents shall also file response to order dated 7[th] of June, 2018 by the next date without any fail.

Ordered accordingly.

Contempt petition disposed of as above.

Let the main case come up for consideration on the appointed date fixed therein.
